Soothing Gel Mask

Hi everybody!

Recently got many project to handle. There are so many requested  sample from customer. One of the sample is soothing gel mask, functioned to sooth and reduce your skin redness and itchiness from injection (botox injection for example) or squeezing your pimples and whitehead. After apply you will feel  comfort with cooling and calming. 

Attached below is the testimony.. haha

can brighten your skin as well?? haha. just forget it. it is because of the camera lighting.

Budak perempuan. suka dengan kecantikan. betul tak? mestila kan. start dari kanak-kanak lagi mereka pantang nampak alat solekan mama dorang yang bersepah di atas meja yang agak rendah, senang di gapai oleh mereka dengan mudahnya. so apalagi mula la menenyeh muka masing-masing. kalau tergapai lipstik sure akan tenyeh mulut yang kadang-kadang boleh sampai ke pipi, kalau terambil compact powder pulak mula la tempek bedak kat muka. haha. sangat kelakar bila tengok hasil make up dorang tu kan. Biasanya mereka ni akan belajar dari mama dorang masa tengah bersiap nak g kerja atau g jalan-jalan. jadi bila mama dorang tengah masak ke, kerja ke, sure tergedik-gedik nak mencantikkan diri dengan barang make up kepunyaan mama. heee

ok. same goes to me. haha. masa kecik-kecik dulu suka guna alat dan barang2 solek my kakak. sebab my mak tak make up. just guna bedak. so pantang nampak free je mesti amek & tenyeh kat muka. then cepat2 padam takut kak nampak kan.. tapi pernah jugak terkantoi sebab dia punya barang make up makin skit. haha.. tak pasal-pasal kena marah. For sure u all pun pernah melalui pengalaman sebegini rupa.. kan? bila dah meningkat dewasa, kita pun dah sebati dengan barang-barang makeup ni so memang tak akan miss untuk beli dan guna tiap2 hari

Pernah tak masa tu kita terfikir bila dah besar nanti nak kerja dalam bidang kosmetik?
 so bole la dapat barang makeup free selalu..haha
Yg tu pulak difikirkan.. heee.

Disebabkan i belajar dalam bidang kimia gunaan.. tpi nama glemer nya adalah kimia guna-guna, so peluang untuk i terlibat dalam kosmetik industri ni sgt la luas. Start up with oral care punya r&d then minat dalam personal care makin bercambah and lastly involve in cosmetic world bila mana dpt offer dri kilang kosmetik. Existing cmpany ni more focus on skin care which is set penjagaan muka n badan. Barang untuk makeup mcm lipstik,compact powder,maskara dll belum buat lagi.. in future mayb..

Bila involve dlm bidang r&d ni kelebihannya sangat la banyak. Terutamanya kita bole create our own formulation then bole tau setiap function of each ingredients used. Dan yang paling penting bole dapat n try FREE.. hahah..

10 hours

it just 2 days..

kepenatan tersangatla terasa..
mungkin sebab baru peringkat awal..
belum dapat menyuaikan diri untuk bekerja selama 10 hours. yela sebelum ni 9 jam je.. (ala lebih sejam je pun.. ngada)

suatu ketika dulu pernah bekerja 12 hours non-stop. as operator and as waitress.. dengan menggunakan banyak tenaga.. tapi tak sepenat ini.. huhuhu.. what happened?

mungkin stamina ku dah berkurang.. dan mungkin juga sebab semakin menginjak usia..
atau sebab kena banyak fikir? mmm what else?

i need supplement.. hehe.. Herbalife!! good supplement so far.. but quite expensive la.. tapi berbaloi-baloi sebab memang bagus untuk kesihatan kita sebab supply good nutrition to consumer. tak rugi melabur banyak duit untuk kesihatan kita yang begitu berharga.. kan yuni kan? (one of herbalife consumer).

ok.. 6.30 pm baru balik kerja then about 6.45pm baru sampai rumah (kalau naik motor la.. naik kereta 7pm baru bole masuk rumah) huhu.. after maghrib wajib online sekejap then akan chat ngan my future father in law.. hehe.. dia sangat comel ok.. selalu akan tegur di facebook messenger.. then chatting.. haha.. dengan my father pun tak chat tau.. (yela ayah tak pandai guna internet pun.. )
after tu around 9.30 dah tertido..

tido awal??

oh no.. rugi nya..

kalau bangun awal xpe jugak..
ni tak. bangun lambat.. masa terbuang begitu saja... huhuhu..

Notice 5 working days

A few days ago, i received an email from my manager..

Dear all,

Just to inform all of you, 

Start from 01 October 2012 onward, Senwill Cosmetic Manufacturing Sdn. Bhd. will change our working day from 5.5 to 5.0 working days and our working hour will be extended 1 hour to 10 hours/day from Monday ~ Friday, Saturday & Sunday is our off day. Please make sure you re-arrange your time and make sure you have no problem to follow our new working hour. TQ.

New Working Hour:

Working Hour: 8:30AM ~ 6:30PM (10 Hours)

Lunch Time    : 1:00pm ~ 2:00pm (1 Hour)

yeah.. boleh balik kampung awal.. haha..
Dear my fiance, balik naik bus je la nanti ye.. :p

10 hours/day.. huhu sure penat giler. 9 hours ni pun dah penat.. tmbah lagi 1 hr.. adesss..
kerja je la selagi kudrat masih ada.. :)

So, today is my last day working on saturday.. ngeee >.<

When I miss.. PART 2

Why I suddenly miss all memories in my previous company?

It was my first company that i joined and i love the factory, environment, laboratory, equipment, my and the staff there, except for my boss.. haha. The thing that i love most is my job there.

Fulian (known as Raiya) located at Bukit Minyak, Penang and near north-south highway. We can see the factory from the highway. I also can see the highway and vehicles that move on it through a windows in my lab.

1 year + experience was not enough for me to learn at Fulian. It was really hard decision to make when i got another offer. For my future planning i have to accept the offer and try to build a new life in new place. really touching when i passed my resignation letter and my boss not accept it. I cried for whole day until i got headache (high pressure maybe) and have to take MC.. huhu.. really hard decision to make..

When I Miss.. PART 1

Do u know that i really miss doing R&D work??

Since i left Fulian 5 month ago, i really miss doing all those things related to R&D works.

I miss to mix all this things:

Distilled water + Glycerin + Sorbitol + Cellulose gum + Na. Saccharin + Sodium benzoate + Calcium carbonate + Hydrated silica +SLS + Peppermint oil (flavours)

What will produce when all of this ingrredients were mix up?..

Just guess..

TADAAA...

it was a TOOTHPASTE!!

hehe.. try to promote Raiya Toothpaste.. our Malaysian brand toothpaste...

just check ingredients in your own toothpaste.. there must be have some of the ingredients that i mentioned above.. :)

When i produce a toothpaste i have to try it myself.. There are 3 basic things that i have to evaluate.

1. The abbrasiveness of toothpaste that come from Calcium carbonate and hydrated silica.
2. The flavours we used. is it feel bitter? sweet? nice? the combination of flavours + menthol and sweetener plays important role.. the sweetener that we often used is Na. Saccharin.
3. The appearance of the toothpaste. The shining and moisturize that come from glycerin and sorbitol.

Actually it was really hard to me to feel the taste of toothpaste.. what a good experience. before this i just brush my teeth with any brand of toothpaste without care about the abbrasiveness, flavour, appearance from the toothpaste.
My leader taught me how to get the feeling. u have to close your eyes.. and get the feeling.. for the first time it quite hard for me since i thought that all toothpaste have same flavour.. just add menthol + peppermint or spearmint.. haha.. totally different ok. and then we have so many flavours in lab. (ex lab la)

To produce toothpaste with nice flavour is really challenging because most of the customer will evaluate based on the taste of toothpaste. I used to handle customer that want toothpaste have taste same with  Colgate and Darlie.. Wahhh.. so demand kan? Do u think it was so easy?

Do u know that the flavour of Darlie was supplied from one company that only supply their flavour just only for Darlie? haha.. so it was so impossible to duplicate that flavour ok.. huhu..

I miss to do toothpaste again..

I miss to do hair gel and hair cream as well..

I miss to meet my supplier and share information with them to improve my formulation.. and ofsource to improve my English also.. we are speaking and it was a good medium to improve my speaking..

Do u know that my speaking was not so good and also for my writing.. So, blogging is one of my medium to improve my writing skill in English instead of Bahasa.. (hehe.. no wonder la my entry got in Bahasa and English..)

Really miss this moment.. T_T

  



5 Working days!!

Alhamdulillah.. Praise to HIM..

Just got a meeting with manager and he'd proposed to boss with 5 working days(Monday-Friday) instead of 5 and 1/2  days (Monday - Saturday). My boSs AGREED!! :D. Yahoooo!! I'm one of the happiest person at that time.. haha.. really excited ok.. so our daily working hours will added 1 hour to replace 4 hours in saturday..

Now, we (employee) have to vote for our daily working hours. Here are the options:

1. 8am-6pm
2. 8.30am-6.30pm
3. 9am-7pm

I will choose number 1.. ofcourse nak balik awal!! 6pm is already late maa.. huhu.

New job, new post

hampir 2 bulan bekerja di kilang baru..
kerja tak da la sibuk sangat sebab kilang yang kecik, production nya tak banyak.. so QC check pun tak banyak.. sebab tu la ada masa nak update cerita.. :D kalau kat Raiya memang tak sempat la..

my JD here is quite differents compared to my previous job. at senwill cosmetic my post is QC chemist and responsible in QC inspection and documents control. Totally different sebab kat Raiya my post as assistant chemist and JD is more to R&D work.. create and develop new products which is more interested. huhu

Sometime i felt regreted..
but sometime i felt relieved..

when we have decided something..
never look back.. just look forward..
think positive, think outside of box..

because everything happened for a reason..

1 month Notice

Setahun sudah berlalu..

1 mac 2011..

memori tersingkap..

pada tarikh ni la ku baru mula bekerja di Fulian @ Raiya. pada masa tu memang semangat tak hingga la kan.. Almaklumla baru dapat kerja dalam bidang yang kita belajar.. walaupun hanya sebagai lab assistant. tapi ku tak kisah bermula dari bawah. lagi bagus sebenarnya sebab kita dapat belajar semuanya walaupun hanya buat test yang simple2 je. itupun ada jugak ad buat silap then janganla nak expect dapat buat kerja2 yang lagi mencabar kan. kira okla start dari bawah since dah tinggal keja2 lab about 8 months..

1 May 2011..

dah confirm sebagai pekerja di Fulian. Dah mula buat sample dari tunjuk ajar Chemist. time ni chemist yang create formula and i just did the sample under her supervision.

August 2011..

started to create my own formula but still in her supervision. just change a little bit of formula and still produce samples

October 2011..

started to produce new products such as shower gel, hair wax and mouthwash. my job was handling R&D.

January 2012

Promoted to Assistant Chemist. Alhamdulillah. :) and now there more jobs to do.. huhuh.. busy sampai x sempat nak update cerita..

MArch 2012

genap setahun bekerja di fulian. So, sudah masanya mencari kerja lain. plan mula2 datang sini just belajar dan mencari pengalaman sebab tu tak kisah bila start dari bawah. bila dah ada sikit pengalaman boleh la apply cari kerja lain yang boleh bagi income labih sikit. :)

Alhamdulillah. ada 2 panggilan interview dan dua2 nya dapat. 1 di kilang glove kat Klang as QC exec. tapi terpaksa menolak sebab tak berminat dengan kerja QC. more interested in R&D jobs. 1 lagi as a chemist kat kilang cosmetic. job specs sama ja macam sekarang. tapi more focus to skin care and i still need to learn. tapi company kecik compared to Fulian.. tapi gaji yang depa offer ofcourse la lagi tinggi dari fulian. so why not to try? :)

Apabila benda ni dah tercapai.. boleh la melangkah ke step seterusnya.. mencari peluang2 yang baru. so far ada 2 peluang yang sudah di sia2 kan.. hurmm.. nak buat macam mana ku masih tidak bersedia..

apa kaitan?

sejak kaki melangkah ke dalam bidang personal care ni.. minat dalam bidang ni semakin bercambah2.. so, impian sekarang ni menjadi cosmetic chemist. responsible to develop formulating skills and new things. unfortunately, my company just produce oral care and hair care products. my interest is more to skin care products.. so right now i'm searching for new opportunity to become cosmetic chemist.. :)

Actually sudah dapat panggilan interview as a chemist from 2 company which produce skin care products. it is great opportunity kan? tapi2 dua2 kat selangor and ada kekangan masa untuk pergi interview tu.. sedih sangat.. i know.. ada hikmah d sebalik tu. harap2 akan ada lagi panggilan interview.

moga tahun ni lebih baik dari tahun sebelumnya.. :D

so.. time ni la u perlu bijak manage your time ok. buat kerja dengan tersusun dan list yang mana lagi penting dan perlu siapkan dengan segera.. sila focus dengan satu kerja.. tak perlu nak ingat dengan kerja2 lain. (teringat time study dulu.. bila exam selalu jadi gini.. sekejap nak study subject ni sekejap nak study subject itu.. huhu.. still tak berubah sampai sekarang.. T_T)

BodyWash @ Shower Gel

i got another R&D project.. to develop body wash also known as shower gel.

tadaaa.. see my new shower gel.. haha.. (nak jgak gna rose.. tapi fragrance tu tadak lagi.. huhu)

lebih suka buat shower gel compared to mouthwash, toothpaste, hair gel dan yang paling tak suka is hair wax. Hair wax punya project dah stop since malaysia market on it tak berapa bagus.. haha.. untunglah tak perlu nak bermain dengan semua waxs tu lagi.. susah nak basuh ok.

is it permissable to use mouthwash contains alcohol in islam?

today i given a new task which is a new project to develop method and create new formula.. and the project is.. Mouthwash study

i remembered.. i used it once.. but.. sangat2 tak suka ok~ huhu.. apasal la boss nak study pasal benda ni pulak.. adoii..

ok continue.. while discussing then suddenly he ask.. is it permissable to use mouthwash contains alcohol in islam?

hehe.. we are not sure then.. cannot answer that question.. :p apadaaa..

and then.. the question mark was always menari-nari in my mind.. can we use it?

so, apalagi start to ask pak cik google..

work at research and development ( R&D) department need us to have a lot of knowledge about what we are doing.. our friends is books, journals, articles and a lot of things..

now im working.. yes working.. but at the same time i need to study..

for me, there are no difference between study and work time..

the environment is still same.. do a lab works.. do a report.. read a journals.. create a new formula.. for the development of company's products..


now.. i have to be strong.. to be more brave.. to learn all of these things..

my boss always gave me motivation about the journey of the chemist.. learn from the below step by step..

he always said that "if u want to learn u have to be brave" ..

brave to travel..
brave to thinks..
brave to face of all the coming problem..

to be a good chemist.. u have to be a good formulator..

yeah.. i want to be a chemist~ :D

CONFIRMATION~!!

after 3 month..

my post as chemical lab assistant (assistant chemist) is confirmed already~ :D

i thought the chemist is forget already about my confirmation since i did not get any notice since last 1 june.

Alhamdulillah.. last 22 june i got that notice.. based on the notice my confirmation started on 1 june 2011. so.. i got the increment of my salary started on this june.. hehe.. congrate to myself.. ^___^ (big grin) :p
